I have purchased Pine Pollen as a general booster for men's health. I have also been focusing on the properties of pure pine pollen to compliment blood flow. I believe this product works so far. In certain aspects of energy and general well being, I do feel an improvement and I would attribute it to the Alma Baltica Pine Pollen. I believe the potency and purity of this product to be genuine.

I have purchased this product but I have not commenced taking it. I want to finish Heavy Metal Rid before taking this. I have been taking other things for candida rid. The symptoms listed for which it treats, I can recognise. My primary reason for purchasing this is for inflammation in the prostrate and fungus. I have recently commenced taking Stinkhorn after much research. In a ten week period at the end of 2025, I was on antibiotics for eight weeks for a severe UTI. The antibiotics in that period failed to clear the UTI. The prostrate has just been diagnosed with marked granulomatous inflammation of the prostrate in two areas. I commenced taking this for an enlarged prostrate, and lately a UTI. It has worked in calming the intensity of needing to pass water and somewhat in reducing the enlargement of the prostrate. As for men's health generally, I have taken it to also help with liver and kidney functions that may be associated with Urology generally. My nightime bathroom visits have reduced and Umo Health should be considered as having a part in that.

I started taking these supplements to reduce my sugar intake and they've been working really well.

I am quite sure that this product is true to its benefits in cleansing the liver. I am a vegetarian and, both my husband and I do not consume meats of any kind and no crustaceans, we consume fish once in a while and the fish we consume are only the ones that have fins and scales, like salmon and cod. No consumption of eggs, nor dairy milk, no coffee, no black teas, only teas that cleanse the system; all in all we are vey mindful of taking care of our bodies by making sure we ingest foods that won’t have short or long term harmful effects.
