ORDER PROCESSING

 We are a small family operation and not a factory, so we almost always make every product after an order comes in. To provide such high quality made-to-order freshness, we require a few days to produce everything and to have it ready to ship out. We typically ship out within 1-4 business days.  Customers will receive an email once their order is dispatched.

EUROPE + UK:  €9.99  (FREE SHIPPING on orders over €150+)

USA, CANADA & rest of the world:  ≈ US $15.50 // FREE over ≈US $200+

**We regret but our local Post Office does not offer shipping to Bermuda & Kazakhstan.

 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than stated in our policies. We can not be held responsible for shipping or custom delays that are outside our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


CUSTOMS, TAXES & PROHIBITED ITEMS

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Alma Báltica has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to  buying and as to whether or not product(s) are prohibited. 


 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address details, we will refund the items minus the shipping charges. You will receive an email notification for the refund and you may then place a new order.
