In the off case that you may wish to return an opened item, we will be happy to receive your request.  We will analyze  and process all requests on a case-by-case basis.  

We truly regret to share with you that we are not able to refund or cover any shipping charges on any return or refund requests.

In the case of returns due to:

  • Banned or restricted products into the country,
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

Once we receive the product back, we will refund the cost the product minus any fees charged to us in the process.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & PROHIBITED ITEMS: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import costs or taxes that may apply. We can not be responsible for damage(s) or seizures during shipping or customs processes. 

 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure that you provide us with your full and correct shipping address, as once we shipped your products delivery times will depend on this.

 SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARD RETURNS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
