Do you grow your own herbs?

Absolutely! We cultivate our plants on our organic farm nestled in the Baltic woods. Here, we strictly avoid the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. In addition to our homegrown herbs, we also handpick specific wild herbs, roots, buds, and mushrooms indigenous to our region. This ensures that you receive the purest gifts of nature, untouched by chemicals or human intervention.

Is it possible to view and make payments in my own currency?

Even if you don't immediately notice any changes, rest assured that your body is undergoing an adaptation and response process. Can I continue taking my other supplements while using your remedies?

Are your products safe if I am taking prescription medication?

We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about the use of herbal medicine while on prescription medication for serious conditions. While some herbal medicine is deemed safe, some can cause contraindications.

How many of Alma Báltica's remedies can I use together?

In general, it's advisable not to use more than three (sometimes four, depending on your age) remedies simultaneously. This prevents overloading or overwhelming the body. Yes, Alma Báltica herbal creations are expertly formulated by a certified herbalist and naturopath within our family. Additionally, our facility holds an active certification for a Retail Food License.

Can you provide information about the third-party lab testing conducted on your products?

At this time, we don't conduct third-party lab testing due to resource allocation as a small family-owned business. We prioritize the quality of our herbal remedies.

We recommend researching each ingredient, many of which have a long-standing traditional use. Should you have specific concerns, feel free to share, and we'll provide the information you need for peace of mind.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use these payment methods to pay for your order:

What are your processing & delivery times?

All our orders ship within 1-4 business days.

Delivery time can range from 3 to 20 business days depending on the destination:

Europe: 3-14 business days

Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number. For our customers in the USA, you can track your package on the USPS website. Non-USA buyers can use their national delivery service for tracking, such as La Poste for France, Royal Mail for the UK, An Post for Ireland, Canada Post for Canada, etc.

Please note that package tracking begins once the item arrives in the destination country.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We take pride in being a small family-run business, not a factory. This means that nearly all our products are crafted specifically for you once your order is received. To ensure the exceptional quality and freshness of our made-to-order items, we require a few days to meticulously produce and prepare them for shipping. Typically, we ship out orders within 1-4 business days. Rest assured, you'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with the purest herbal products.

The courier attempted to deliver my package but still has it. What can I do?

In most cases, you should be able to reschedule a delivery on the courier’s website; or, they might be holding the package for you at a pickup location or post office. If a package is not delivered or picked up within a certain time frame, it will be shipped back to us eventually.  At that point, we can either re-ship it to you at an additional shipping cost, or we can refund the products (shipping is not refundable).

My order still hasn't arrived. Is there anything you can do to speed up the process?

Once a shipment has left our facility we do not have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Please keep in mind that orders typically ship out 1-4 business days after the order has been placed.

Additionally, shipping times are not a guaranteed service and unforeseen delays can happen. We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs for delayed shipments. If you have any further questions please get in touch with us.

My package was returned to sender. Will I get a refund?

If your order is returned to us, we can either re-ship it for an additional re-shipping cost, or we can refund the cost of the products purchased (minus the shipping fee).

My international order is delayed. Is there something you can do?

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee any issues that might arise with customs while shipping abroad. Most likely, your package will be held by customs until it has gone through inspection. Please allow for extra shipping time (1-2 weeks) due to this reason. The majority of our orders are international, and we have never encountered any issues, apart from minor delays in very rare occasions.

Can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to add extra items to your order without incurring any additional shipping charges.

What is your refund policy?

If, for any reason, you decide that you do not want the product after the purchase, we offer a 30-day, full money-back guarantee for unopened items. Please note that the product must be returned at your expense, and the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded

What are tinctures?

Tinctures are a key component of traditional herbal medicine and have been around for millennia. They are a concentration of herbal extracts made by soaking specific plants in alcohol for few weeks. The alcohol extracts the active ingredients in the plant parts, concentrating them in liquid form. Alcohol-based tinctures have virtually unlimited shelf life if stored in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Why should I use tinctures?

Tinctures offer a concentrated herbal experience, providing higher doses of medicinal compounds than teas. They encompass a broader spectrum of medicinal compounds compared to teas, thanks to alcohol's superior extraction capabilities. Tinctures provide a convenient and efficient means of herbal consumption; no need for multiple cups of tea. Through the mucus glands in your mouth, tinctures offer swift absorption of medicinal compounds directly into your bloodstream. They're minimally processed, easy on digestion, and can initiate their effects within minutes, depending on the formulation. Why is there alcohol listed in the ingredients?

Alcohol is essential to extract the medicianal properties out of the herbs. The dosage is typically 1-2/3ml of liquid and will not cause intoxication. 

How long can tinctures last?

All our tinctures are packaged in amber glass to protect them from UV degradation. It is recommended to store them in a cool, dark place; there is no need to refrigerate. When stored properly, tinctures can last for 3-5 years or even longer.

How do I take tinctures?

Tinctures can be taken either by placing the liquid directly under the tongue and then swallowing it with water or by adding the liquid to a beverage like coffee, tea, juice, or water. Placing it under the tongue allows for faster absorption into the bloodstream, but both methods are equally effective.

Do I have to take tinctures under my tongue?

No, you don't have to. While placing a tincture directly under the tongue offers the fastest absorption into the bloodstream, we understand that it can be too sensitive for some individuals. If this method isn't suitable for you, feel free to add the liquid to a small glass of water or juice and drink it. The benefits will be the same with both methods.

Why do you ship your tinctures in the dropper caps?

Our tinctures are carefully packaged in amber glass bottles fitted with dropper caps. These caps function similar to essential oil droppers, allowing you to control the release of drops by tilting the bottle. Unlike dropper pipettes, which have proven less reliable during international shipping with issues like leaks. Additionally, we've observed that using pipettes over time can lead to alcohol evaporation, potentially affecting the longevity of our tinctures. If you prefer, you can easily insert your own preferred dropper into our tincture bottles for added convenience.

Our herbal capsules are made out of the most potent roots, seeds, mushrooms, and berries found in the wild or home-grown by us. They provide fast & strong effects for specific health conditions. Furthermore, we grind and prepare everything only when we receive the order to ensure freshness and retain minerals and vitamins.
