I buy the pine pollen for a client of mine for her hay fever. It works perfectly. Good value for money.
I do feel better as I progress with these capsules. At the start for three days, I did feel rough. It may be worth considering taking one a day for first four days. As these parasites get eliminated, the body has to deal with them. Gently may be worth considering when commencing these. I am half way through the course.
